	Gardiner Eucalyptus Several varieties of Eucalyptus, grown in Gardiner by Neil Nierenberg. Look for Gardiner Eucalyptus later in the season at the market.
	Highland Farm Premium quality venison, buffalo and elk are bred and raised on the MacNamaras’ Germantown farm. The deer graze free range on open pastures, eating locally grown grasses and feed. They offer a variety of specialty smoked, frozen and fresh meat selections, including venison sausage, kielbasa, pepperoni and salami. Don’t miss the venison jerky, it’s a market favorite!
	Hudson Coffee Traders Tim Brooks and his friendly staff invite you to sample their coffees, teas and fruit smoothies. You’ll want to take home a bag of their freshly roasted whole bean coffee. Visit their café on Wall Street.

	RSK Farms This family-owned farm brings delicious fingerlings and hard to find heirloom potato varieties. In fact RSK is the largest fingerling potato grower in the Hudson Valley.
